三ちゃん農業とは、全員働く、という意味です。

三ちゃん農業
兼業農家は日本の農業の大きな部分を占めています。たとえ小規模であっても、農業の機械化によって、稲作は以前よりずっと少ない労働力で行なえることになりました。その結果、農家の家族は、その他の仕事で収入を得て、最も忙しい田植えと収穫のときだけ農業を手伝うという生活が一般化しました。父親が外の仕事に就くと、ほぼ全ての農作業の担い手となるのは多くの場合、その両親と妻でした。このような家族農業は、祖父(じいちゃん)、祖母(ばあちゃん)、母(かあちゃん)に依存するために「三ちゃん農業」と呼ばれるようになりました。現在では、このような家族の母親までが外の仕事で賃金を得ることが多くなっています。
