日本人はどのような乳製品を食べるのでしょうか
30～40年前に比べて、日本人の乳製品の消費は増えています。それでも、乳製品は伝統的な日本の食生活の一部ではなかったため、アメリカやヨーロッパに比べると、消費量にはかなりの差があります。日本人の子供は牛乳を飲み、アイスクリームは大人にも子供にも人気があります。パンにバターを塗り、コーヒーにクリームを入れ、ピザにのったチーズを食べるのも一般的です。日本の主婦は、料理にはあまり乳製品を使いませんが、洋食レストランやパン屋ではある程度の乳製品が使われています。
